Limitation of Liability   Stratfinn Simple and its parent company, Stratfinn, are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use our services, (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or (iii) any other matter relating to our services.

Failure to do so may result in penalties, interest, or other legal consequences imposed by tax authorities. All data uploaded to your Stratfinn Simple profile is protected by industry-standard security measures.
